The Spahr Center is Marin County’s only non-profit community agency devoted to serving, supporting and empowering the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender community and everyone in the county living with and affected by HIV. MAI is thrilled to collaborate and support the Spahr Center and the Ross Valley Charter Diversity & Inclusion Committee in creating videos to share Sparh’s important work and highlight some of their amazing youth and allies. The three videos (linked below) inform us about the work of the Spahr Center, the experience of Janna Barkin, a parent of a Trans youth, and a description of gender identity for all ages by Chiqui Diaz.
