Visitor from China at the Museum of the American Indian
Professor Zhou Guoxing, Prehistoric Archeologist, from the Bejing Natural History Museum, Jiangsu Nantong Museum, Shanghai Fudan University, and International Biographical Centre in Cambridge England came with Walter Loo, Geohydrologist from the US Chinese Art Museum in Oakland, came to see the educational and cultural work that goes on at the Museum of the American Indian in Miwok Park in Novato. A class of 40 children from the French American School in San Francisco was having a tour, so Professor Guoxing got a first hand experience of the interactive educational program. Betty Georke, author of Chief Marin, Gene Buvelot, Treasurer of the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria, and Colleen Hicks, Director of the museum hosted the visit.
